«Araad» has recently completed its third major acquisition in the UK shortly after entering the UK residential property market, following the signing of a contract to purchase a key urban regeneration site in Southwark, south London. «Araad London», owned by the «Araad» group, will oversee the redevelopment of the site, where the company will soon seek planning permissions. The site at 99-101 Newington Street comprises two vacant buildings, including a 10-storey building with a basement, which was previously the UK headquarters of the Salvation Army charity before it moved to Denmark Hill in 2023.
